1 Introduction & Acceptance

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Holding more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, gi99 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any bonuses and winnings.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Three mobile banking methods are currently accepted for depositing funds at gi99: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account is verified.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered mobile banking number.
• Withdrawals may be held until active bonus wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Responsible Transactions

All transactions must be carried out from your own account. Using another person's mobile banking account for transactions is not permitted and may result in account cancellation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gi99 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met before those funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for gi99's welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• gi99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected on an account, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If a cashout is requested after a bonus has been credited but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program Terms

gi99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP cashback benefits are credited directly to the account and are treated as a bonus. gi99 reserves the right to change the cashback amount and schedule.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the gi99 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of related funds:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonesty.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing other users' accounts or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using illegal sources of funds for account payments.
• Using any system or software to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Gaming Rules & Outcomes

8.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results on gi99 are determined by server-side systems. Results displayed are final and approved by gi99. If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, gi99 reserves the right to void that transaction.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

8.3 Technical Issues
